私たちが作品をつくるとき、そこには無意識のうちに刻まれた記憶の断片が宿ります。色彩の選択、筆の運び、素材の手触り——それらは過去に触れた風景や感情のかけらと呼応し、形となって現れるのです。
本展「piece -記憶の断片-」は、そうした無数の断片が集まり、新たな表現へと生まれ変わる場です。
曖昧で不確かだからこそ、記憶は自由に変容し、作品の中で別の意味を持ち始めます。それは過去を閉じ込めるのではなく、再構築し、見る者の記憶と交わることで、まだ見ぬ物語へと繋がっていきます。
制作することは、失われた時間の破片を拾い集める行為であり、作品は記憶のかけらが結晶化したもの。
この展覧会を通じて、断片と断片が響き合い、新たな記憶へと繋がる体験を共有できればと思います。


When we create a work of art, fragments of memory are unconsciously engraved within it.
The choice of color, the stroke of the brush, the texture of the material – these all resonate with fragments of landscapes and emotions from the past, and they take shape.
This exhibition, “piece – Fragments of Memory”, is a space where countless such fragments come together and are reborn as new expressions. It is precisely because memories are vague and uncertain that they can transform freely and begin to take on new meanings within the work. Rather than confining the past, they reconstruct it and, by interacting with the viewer’s memories, connect to an as yet unseen story.
The act of creating is the act of picking up the fragments of lost time, and works are crystallized fragments of memory. Through this exhibition, we hope to share the experience of fragments resonating with each other and leading to new memories.
