つぼみがなり、綻んで、やがて散っていく。 穏やかな姿を見せながら、いつか終わりを迎える。花はそんな生涯をもっています。
初の個展「ぐるりは花と」を開催致します。
今回の作品展では、主に顔彩絵具を使った作品たちを発表。
道端で、物陰にめずらしい花を見つけたような気持ちになる。そんな作品を集めて展示致します。 副題は大正時代の詩人、佐藤春夫の著作「殉情詩集」に収められている「私の柱時計」より引用です。

The buds grow, drown and eventually dissipate. It will end someday, showing a calm appearance. Flowers have such a lifetime.
At her first solo exhibition “GURURI WA HANATO”, she mainly present works using “GANSAI-natural mineral pigments”.
On the wayside, I feel as if I have found an unusual flower hiding behind. I will collect and display such works.
The subtitle is from the poem My Wall Clock (HASHIRA DOKEI), a poem included in the anthology titled JUNJYO SHISHU (Poems of Emotion), by the Taisho-era poet Sato Haruo. The following is an excerpt from the poem My Wall Clock.
