ボールペンで描いた線画をIllustrator、Photoshopにて加工したデータを版に出力する独自のスタイルで制作している。 漆黒の背景がabyss（深淵）というテーマを際立たせ、マットな質感のカラフルなアートワークとの対比を生んでいる。

The works created by Miwa question our hearts with their intense gazes and vibrant colors: “Are you satisfied with that choice?” The question is one that you yourself harbor in your heart, and when you confront it, what will you discover?
Miwa uses a unique style of creating art by first drawing line art with a ballpoint pen and then processing the data in Illustrator and Photoshop before printing it onto a plate. The pitch-black backgrounds emphasize the theme of the abyss, creating a contrast with the matte-textured, colorful artwork.
