はなえは色数を絞り独特な色彩を用いた絵を、絵の具を幾層にも重ねることで、立体感と断面に重ねた色の形跡が見られる表現手法で描いています。 今回の展示ではこれまでの表現方法に加えて、絵の具を削り下層の色や断面を再度露出させる手法を多く取り入れ、シンプルながらも複雑さを交えた作品や、写実的な表現の中に色の層を織り混ぜた作品など、計11点の出展となります。

Hanae draws a picture using a unique color by narrowing the number of colors, by superimposing paints in several layers, with a stereoscopic effect and an expression technique that shows traces of colors superimposed on the cross section. In her new artworks, in addition to the expression method used so far, a lot of techniques to scrape paint and re-expose the color and cross section of the lower layer are adopted. In this exhibition, 11 pieces of Hanae’s new artworks, including works in which layers of color are interwoven in a realistic expression, and works that are simple but also sprinkled with complex elements, are exhibited and introduced.
